Grown in the fertile foothills of the Himalayas, this premium basmati is renowned for its extraordinary length, delicate floral fragrance, and the way each grain cooks up perfectly separate β light, fluffy, and never sticky.

What Makes Basmati Special?
Basmati is the king of rices β and not all basmati is equal. True long grain basmati is aged to reduce moisture content, which allows each grain to elongate dramatically during cooking rather than becoming soft and clumped. The result is that signature fluffy, separated texture and the unmistakable aroma that fills the kitchen the moment it hits the water.

How to Cook Perfect Basmati Rice
Rinse the rice 2β3 times in cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch. Soak for 20β30 minutes for best elongation results. Use a 1:1.5 ratio of rice to water. Bring to the boil, reduce to the lowest heat, cover tightly, and cook for 10β12 minutes. Remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes before fluffing gently with a fork. Never lift the lid during cooking.
Store in a cool, dry, airtight container. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
