RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Curry Kart, we are committed to providing you with high-quality Indian groceries and food products. Due to the nature of our products being consumable and perishable items, we maintain the following return and refund policy.

NO RETURNS ON GENERAL PURCHASES

Due to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products, including but not limited to:

  • Lentils, beans, and pulses
  • Rice and grains
  • Spices and spice mixes
  • Flour and cooking ingredients
  • Snacks and sweets
  • Frozen foods
  • Dairy products and eggs
  • Perishable and consumable items

All sales are final once the product has been delivered.

EXCEPTIONS - DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We will gladly replace products at no cost to you in the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged Products: Items that arrive damaged during shipping
  2. Defective Products: Products that are spoiled, expired, or have quality defects
  3. Incorrect Items: If we sent you the wrong product
  4. Missing Items: If items are missing from your order

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product

RESOLUTION

Once we verify your claim, we will send you a replacement product at our cost. No return of the original item is required for health and safety reasons.

REFUNDS

We do not offer monetary refunds. Verified claims will be resolved through product replacement only.
