How to Use

Add whole to hot oil for a tadka (tempering) to release their aroma, or finely chop and stir into curries, dals, and stir-fries for direct heat. Blend into green chutney with coriander, garlic, and lemon for a classic accompaniment. Slice and add raw to salads or raita for a fiery kick. Also excellent in pickles and marinades.

Storage Tips

Refrigerate and use within 5–7 days for best freshness. For longer storage, freeze whole in a zip-lock bag — they can be used straight from frozen in cooked dishes.
