How to Use

Stir the batter well before use. For dosas, heat a non-stick tawa or cast iron pan until hot, pour a ladle of batter, and spread in a circular motion. Drizzle with oil or ghee and cook until golden and crisp at the edges. For idlis, grease the moulds, pour in the batter, and steam on high heat for 10–12 minutes. Serve with coconut chutney and sambar.

Storage

Keep refrigerated at all times. Best used within 3–4 days of opening. Stir well before each use. Do not freeze.
