How to Use

Finely slice and fry low and slow until golden for the perfect masala base. Coat in spiced gram flour batter and deep-fry for irresistible onion bhajis. Dice raw into kachumber salad with tomato and cucumber, or caramelise for a rich biryani topping. Also great pickled with vinegar and chilli for a tangy side.

Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Keep away from potatoes to extend shelf life.
