Natco Ragi Flour β€” Nutritious Finger Millet Flour for Everyday Cooking

Ancient grain, modern kitchen. Natco Ragi Flour is stone-ground from premium finger millet β€” one of the most nutritionally dense grains in the South Asian diet β€” offering a naturally earthy, slightly nutty flavour and a wealth of health benefits that make it a staple worth keeping in every cupboard.

Ragi (finger millet) has been cultivated across South Asia and Africa for thousands of years, prized for its remarkable calcium content, slow-release energy, and naturally gluten-free profile. Whether you're baking, cooking traditional recipes, or looking for a more nutritious flour alternative, Natco Ragi Flour delivers quality and authenticity you can trust.

Why Natco Ragi Flour?

  • Exceptionally nutritious β€” one of the richest plant-based sources of calcium; also high in iron, fibre, and amino acids
  • Naturally gluten-free β€” suitable for those with gluten intolerance or coeliac disease
  • Slow-release energy β€” low glycaemic index, ideal for sustained energy and blood sugar balance
  • Versatile in cooking β€” perfect for rotis, dosas, porridge, ladoos, pancakes, and baked goods
  • 900g value bag β€” generous size for regular use and batch cooking

How to Use

Ragi Roti: Mix ragi flour with warm water and a pinch of salt to form a soft dough. Roll into thin rotis and cook on a hot tawa until lightly charred on both sides. Serve with dal, chutney, or curry.

Ragi Porridge (Mudde/Kanji): Whisk ragi flour into warm water or milk, cook on low heat stirring continuously until thick. Sweeten with jaggery or honey for a nourishing breakfast.

Ragi Dosa: Blend with rice flour, urad dal, and water. Ferment overnight and cook as thin, crispy dosas.

Ragi Ladoo: Roast ragi flour in ghee, mix with jaggery and cardamom, shape into balls for a traditional festive sweet.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Transfer to an airtight container once opened. Best consumed within 3–4 months of opening for optimum freshness.
