Fresh Lemons — Bright, Zesty & Endlessly Useful

A true kitchen essential, our fresh lemons deliver a bold, tangy citrus flavour that lifts every dish. From a squeeze over a rich curry to a refreshing glass of shikanji (Indian lemonade), lemons are one of the most versatile ingredients in South Asian and everyday cooking.

Why You'll Love Them

Intensely zesty — bright, sharp citrus flavour with a clean, refreshing finish
Incredibly versatile — perfect for curries, marinades, pickles, chutneys, drinks, and desserts
Rich in vitamin C — a natural immune booster in every squeeze
Fresh quality — firm, juicy lemons selected for maximum juice yield

How to Use

Squeeze over dal, biryani, or grilled meats for a bright, finishing note. Use the juice and zest in lemon rice (nimmakaya pulihora) for a classic South Indian dish. Make a refreshing shikanji with water, sugar, cumin, and black salt. Add to marinades for tandoori dishes, or use in nimbu achar (lemon pickle) for a tangy condiment that keeps for months.

Store at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate to extend freshness up to 3–4 weeks.
