How to Use

Mix the masala with a little oil and water to form a paste. Coat fish pieces generously and marinate for 15–30 minutes. Pan-fry or grill for a spiced fish fry, or cook in a tomato and onion gravy for a rich fish curry. Also excellent as a marinade for whole fish before grilling or baking. Serve with rice, roti, or paratha.
