I've tried quite a few sambar powders over the years, but 777 Sambar Powder has become my favourite. The flavour is rich, authentic and well-balanced, without being overly spicy. It gives my homemade sambar that proper South Indian restaurant-style taste without having to mix lots of different spices. The aroma while cooking is amazing, and even my family noticed the difference. I've also started using it in vegetable curries for an extra burst of flavour. If you enjoy South Indian food or make sambar regularly, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a try. I'll certainly be buying it again!
