Gits Medu Vada Mix — Crispy South Indian Vadas at Home, No Fuss

Medu vada is South India's most iconic snack — golden, ring-shaped fritters with a satisfying crunch on the outside and a soft, fluffy interior that's light and savoury. Traditionally made by soaking and grinding urad dal for hours, they're a labour of love. Gits Medu Vada Mix gives you that same authentic result without any of the effort.

Just mix with water, shape, and fry. In minutes you'll have perfectly crispy medu vadas ready to serve — ideal for breakfast, a teatime snack, or as a starter at your next gathering.
