Brewing Guide

1. Boil fresh water and allow to cool to 80°C — never use boiling water on green tea
2. Place one tea bag in your cup
3. Steep for 2–3 minutes — longer steeping may increase bitterness
4. Remove the bag and enjoy as is, or add a slice of lemon or a drizzle of honey

For iced green tea: brew double strength, allow to cool, then pour over ice. Add mint or cucumber for a refreshing twist.
